About Paul Thomas

Paul Thomas is a strategic advisor and sales leader with deep experience in building, scaling, and transforming organizations across SaaS, Retail, and EdTech sectors.

Previously, Paul collaborated with the founders of Salesken AI Technologies, helping build the organization from the ground up. He assembled world-class technology teams across India and the US to create a revolutionary AI SaaS product, while also spearheading sales and Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies in both markets. Paul played a key role in Salesken’s journey from a bootstrapped startup to a Series B–funded company, and in establishing it as a top global brand—achieving #1 rankings in 50+ G2 categories on the relationship index.

His career spans operations, sales, customer retention, training, and HR leadership. At Salesken, Paul led both the Sales and HR functions, driving revenue growth, talent acquisition, and organizational expansion—while maintaining a sharp focus on scaling sales performance.

As a strategic advisor, Paul helps organizations close performance gaps, navigate business transformation, and manage change effectively. He is passionate about building organizations that are both Employers of Choice and Great Places to Work.

Paul has set up Sales and HR functions at Salesken Technologies and FitKids Education & Training, and led brand initiatives at Decathlon. He was also among the earliest employees of Hutchinson 3G, where he transitioned from operations into sales, customer retention, and training.

Known for his ability to build instant rapport and lead with positivity—even in challenging situations—Paul has mentored and recruited several professionals who have gone on to become leaders.
